Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support rapid scaling, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer will lead key technical decisions and implement significant software projects across frontend, backend, or full-stack domains, driving high-impact initiatives to enhance the product.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and complete software projects while managing ambiguity and balancing speed with quality
• Collaborate with a high-density talent engineering team to tackle complex challenges and deliver substantial customer value
• Quickly learn and adapt to the existing codebase and technology stack, contributing to the overall product development

Required qualifications

• Experience with the Javascript ecosystem and familiarity with technologies such as C#, .NET, React, and Postgres
• A proven track record of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage tech debt
