Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing AI-first engineering ecosystem, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer will design and scale intelligent platforms for Product and Software Development Life Cycles (PDLC/SDLC), focusing on automating workflows and enhancing developer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect scalable systems for AI-assisted development and optimize engineering workflows
• Define and enforce company-wide technical standards for system reliability and performance
• Mentor and sponsor engineers across organizational boundaries to enhance technical depth and leadership capabilities

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record as a Principal Engineer or equivalent
• Deep experience in designing and scaling development platforms powered by agentic AI tools
• Proven expertise in Developer Experience (DevX) or Platform Engineering, including modern CI/CD pipelines
• Operational experience with GenAI workflows at scale and familiarity with multi-modal LLM frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills for driving company-level technical decisions across diverse stakeholders
