Job Summary

Providing technical leadership for enterprise applications, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will focus on the ERP platform and core business systems, resolving complex issues and enhancing solutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead resolution of complex, high-risk issues impacting business operations
Own solution design and development for critical business requirements across ERP and integrated applications
Provide technical direction and mentorship to deliver maintainable and extensible solutions using best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field preferred
10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise software solutions
Experience with ERP systems and integrated business applications
Proficiency in application development using .NET and C#
Experience with Agile development and CI/CD tools
