Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of high-impact SaaS solutions, the full-time hybrid Principal Software Engineer will design and implement scalable features, take ownership of critical modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-impact, scalable features for a SaaS-based CAD/PDM service
• Take end-to-end ownership of critical modules, ensuring production-quality code and maintainable solutions
• Lead design and code reviews while mentoring engineers and promoting technical depth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in building distributed, data-intensive systems using Java and database technologies
• Expertise in Java, Spring, and MongoDB
• US Citizenship required for work with FedRAMP and GovCloud
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready software in Agile environments
