Job Summary

To redefine engineering velocity in a remote environment, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will architect backend systems, collaborate with leadership to align technical strategies with business goals, and mentor team members while ensuring high-quality code and system scalability.

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading complex initiatives
• Proficiency in Go, with experience in .NET and TypeScript codebases
• Experience with event-driven architecture and microservices using tools like Apache Kafka
• Strong understanding of AWS platforms and experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
