Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will drive the engineering efforts for the GovIntel and GovChannel product portfolio, focusing on building and evolving product capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate engineers to achieve individual and team goals in a collaborative environment
• Own technical direction and day-to-day engineering execution for GovIntel and GovChannel workstreams
• Design, build, and operate high-impact features across various modules, ensuring alignment with customer and market needs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack expertise in .NET, Entity Framework, and Angular
• Proven experience leading technical delivery and mentoring engineers
• Excellent knowledge of data modeling and database design, with strong SQL skills
• Experience building modern SaaS applications, services, or APIs in production environments
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments, containers, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices
