Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of cloud-native healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer will design and build scalable data processing pipelines and AI-driven workflows, leveraging LLMs and AI agents to enhance clinical decision support and automate workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and AI-driven workflows
• Build LLM/agent-based solutions for business use cases such as revenue leakage and readmissions
• Own end-to-end features from data ingestion through transformation to insights

Required qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Strong software engineering skills in Python/Java
• Deep expertise in data engineering, including ETL and data transformation
• Experience building high-scale distributed data systems
