Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade user interfaces, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer will utilize React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies to create responsive applications that enhance business processes in Contracting, Pricing, and Commercial Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive UI innovation and digital transformation by collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
• Define and evolve frontend architecture, reusable design patterns, and component frameworks to ensure scalability and maintainability
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered applications and modern DevOps practices to enhance application delivery and productivity

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience
• 5+ years of experience building frontend applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or technical delivery teams
• 3+ years of experience developing AI-powered applications using Generative AI and LLM technologies
