Job Summary

Leading the architecture of Tier-0 identity services, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will shape the future of identity across the platform, ensuring secure interactions and supporting the AI ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design discussions for system architecture, ensuring compliance with security requirements
• Establish best practices for testing, quality assurance, and maintainable code development
• Provide technical leadership during code reviews and optimize deployments to meet business objectives

Required qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline with proven software coding skills in languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python
• Associate's Degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of experience, or higher degrees with corresponding experience
• Experience maintaining and delivering production software in a complex environment
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and risk management requirements
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in software development practices
