Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a multi-functional team remotely, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will design and develop innovative AI agents for HR and Finance, focusing on integrating advanced AI technologies and frameworks into the Workday stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to deliver AI-powered agents that enhance HR and financial workflows
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools and frameworks to ensure scalability and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-based automation solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product engineering for cloud products
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation
• 2+ years of experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks
• 5+ years of experience with Python and cloud AI services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
