Job Summary

Shaping the technical future of the organization, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer will set architectural direction, mentor engineers, and drive solutions for complex problems while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate technical judgment through design reviews, architectural guidance, and mentorship
• Drive architectural decisions and technical direction across multiple teams and systems
• Build and ship software that addresses the most challenging technical problems in the stack

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on shaping organizational approaches to building software
• Deep architectural experience designing systems that span multiple services, teams, or domains
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Go, TypeScript, C#, and React
• Proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements to production operations
• Experience with cloud architecture and resource-efficient infrastructure design at scale
