Job Summary

To shape the future of a comprehensive platform, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will define global architecture, solve high-stakes problems, and influence the technical roadmap while working remotely and engaging actively in the codebase.

Key responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision for .NET microservices architecture to support massive scale and AI-driven automation
• Lead the resolution of critical performance bottlenecks and architectural failures within R&D
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical capabilities with market demands

Required qualifications

• 20+ years of professional engineering experience with a history of leading business-critical systems
• Expert-level knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem, with a focus on high-performance optimizations
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and architectural shifts at enterprise scale
• Experience collaborating with VPs and Directors to translate business roadmaps into technical plans
• B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
