Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Principal Software Engineer, the successful candidate will build user-facing and platform experiences for AI agents, designing and shipping full stack solutions that integrate AI capabilities into HR and Finance workflows while collaborating within a cross-functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver full stack features that power AI agents embedded in HR and Financial workflows
• Own services and experiences from development through production, ensuring operational reliability
• Collaborate in an iterative, team-first environment that fosters strong engineering practices and continuous learning

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software development engineering, leading technical initiatives, and designing complex systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Proven success working within fast-paced, agile environments and cross-functional teams
