Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
As a trusted expert and leader, the remote Principal Software Engineer will drive platform engineering work, architect scalable solutions, and advise clients on technical strategy while collaborating on high-quality software delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Rapidly build trust with clients by demonstrating technical expertise and understanding their objectives
- Lead platform strategy and delivery, connecting long-term technical vision to project outcomes
- Collaborate on systems involving the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion to model deployment and performance monitoring
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and consulting
- Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade platforms
- Experience with a variety of programming languages and frameworks, including Java, Python, and React
- Strong understanding of AI/ML features and their integration into products
- Experience in leading modernization and replatforming efforts for legacy systems
