Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on and passionate, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer will define and drive the technical direction for mobile solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance engineering quality and accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and ensure adherence to technical direction, standards, and guidelines for application architecture
• Lead strategic initiatives and act as the senior technical contributor on complex projects
• Identify and implement necessary process changes to improve DevSecOps maturity and CI/CD practices

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in systems analysis, application design, and development
• 7+ years of development experience in Java, Swift, Swift UI, and Kotlin
• 5+ years of experience in designing scalable mobile architectures and managing stakeholder requirements
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipeline automation
• 1+ years of experience in AI technologies, particularly Generative AI and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks
