Job Summary
Seeking a Principal Software Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, who will serve as the technical authority within the engineering organization, driving AI strategy, architectural vision, and technical excellence while collaborating with executive leadership to execute ambitious company goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to translate company goals into executable technical strategies
- Define and implement a company-wide AI development roadmap to enhance engineering efficiency
- Oversee the architectural vision of the platform, ensuring security, privacy, and uptime standards are met
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience designing and maintaining complex, high-scale services using Ruby, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PHP
- Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture, including relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS
- Demonstrated thought leadership in AI-assisted software engineering
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field with a history of technical leadership
