Job Summary
Shaping technical strategy across engineering, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer will lead the planning and execution of long-term architectural strategies, act as a trusted advisor to leadership, and drive innovation while mentoring engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the solutioning, planning, and execution of long-term technical strategy, translating business and clinical goals into a technical vision
- Define architectural standards and drive long-term architectural strategy across the organization
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping strategy and presenting recommendations to engineering leadership and executives
Required qualifications
- Deep experience in systems, architecture, and design, with a track record of setting technical strategy across multiple engineering teams
- Strong hands-on experience with React and a deep understanding of front-end applications, APIs, and back-end services
- Experience delivering mobile, digital products to app stores, with React Native experience being a plus
- Experience using AI as a transformative technology and hosting application services on AWS
- Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry
