To set the technical direction for an AI-native insurance platform, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will own architecture and technical strategy, drive high-stakes engineering decisions, and mentor engineering teams in a remote environment.

Required qualifications

- Exceptional judgment and communication skills to align teams on direction
