Key responsibilities
- Own the application engineering strategy and execution across backend, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Design and implement reliable systems for AI-powered workflows, including orchestration and failure handling
- Lead a senior engineering team, conducting design and code reviews while mentoring team members
Required qualifications
- Significant experience leading application or product engineering for complex systems
- Strong hands-on background in building and shipping backend systems used in production
