Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
Setting the technical direction for multiple products and platforms, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer will actively build AI infrastructure and shared components while leading the development of agentic engineering practices and integrations.
Key responsibilities:
- Set technical direction across products, including AI infrastructure and shared primitives
- Co-define and adopt engineering practices for AI coding agents and quality standards
- Architect integrations for secure access to internal APIs and data sources across teams
Required qualifications:
- 8 to 12 years of full-stack development and architecture experience in web applications and services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Advanced hands-on experience with AI coding agents and multi-step project direction
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and C#/.NET, along with modern frontend frameworks
- Deep experience with RESTful API design, microservices, and cloud-native delivery on AWS, Azure, or GCP
