Principal Software Engineer - AI

Job Summary

Focused on building AI-powered audit solutions, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer - AI will design and implement intelligent document processing systems while collaborating closely with product managers and UX designers to enhance customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement task-focused AI agents and document understanding systems for audit work
• Drive cross-portfolio innovation by developing AI solutions applicable to multiple products and customer segments
• Lead technical initiatives, building AI features and automated workflows with a focus on security and scalability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 9+ years of software application development experience, with proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI systems, preferably in NLP
• 6+ years of experience leading complex technical projects from inception to delivery
• Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and experience with document processing or financial data analysis
