Principal Software Engineer in Test

Job Summary

Principal Software Engineer in Test, responsible for architecting automation frameworks and providing technical leadership in a full-time role focused on enhancing software quality and testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and drive migration to modern testing platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and ensure effective Shift-Left testing practices

Required Qualifications

• BE in Computer Science or equivalent
• 8-15 years of experience in software development engineering in test (SDET) or automation engineering
• Strong programming expertise in C#/.NET and experience with Playwright for automation
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database validation techniques
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud-native platforms
