Principal Software Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Strategist - Mainframe/Distributed.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide solution design and influence platform direction for Payments and Billing applications
• Collaborate with architecture teams and organizational partners to drive complex initiatives
• Ensure technology delivery aligns with business objectives across multiple teams and systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 11 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
• OR completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 8 years related work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology related field and a minimum of 8 years related work experience
• Proven experience in driving improvements aligned to technical strategy across multiple systems
• Strong experience with CICS Web Services, COBOL, DB2, MQ, XML/JSON, and distributed systems
