Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support the professional growth of team members
• Collaborate with customer teams to develop tool roadmaps and define technical strategies
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to build comprehensive testing solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience leading software development teams
• Experience with Linux and scripting languages (Bash/Shell, Python)
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, such as Computer Science or Robotics
• Basic understanding of robotics systems including sensors and actuators
