Principal Solution Architect

Job Summary

Engaging with global enterprise clients, the full-time Principal Solution Architect will architect end-to-end solutions, support complex deployments, and provide best practices to ensure successful client implementations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with global clients to design solutions that maximize value and address unique business needs
• Assist the sales team by simplifying complex product functionalities and architectures for prospective clients
• Lead complex project deployments, including requirement gathering, solution configuration, and customer support during go-live

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS professional services or consulting
• BSc/BEng or higher degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience implementing and leading enterprise, global SaaS projects
• Expertise in creating and managing web services, including REST, SOAP, and WSDL
• Proven ability to explain highly technical concepts in a simple manner
