Principal Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Senior Solution Architect - ServiceNow and Sr. Mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solution strategies to enhance innovation capabilities and support business growth
• Provide proposal solutioning and writing support as a subject matter expert in technology domains
• Offer technical guidance and expertise to employees and external stakeholders, including solution demos and presentations

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and IT infrastructure technologies
• Experience in IT service management best practices and standards (ITIL, CMMI Service, ISO 20K)
• Proficient in ServiceNow or other ITSM platform solutions, particularly ITSM and ITOM modules
• Knowledge of mobility management solutions and modern zero trust remote access technologies
