Principal Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solution Architect to support their continued growth by driving complex implementations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle while mentoring project teams
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive technical designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Multi-Salesforce certified with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams
• Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
