Principal Solution Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions, the full-time Principal Solution Architect will define architecture strategy, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with business objectives while transforming complex IT applications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural guidance to feature teams to enhance speed to market and reduce maintenance costs
• Lead trade-off analysis and decision-making for high-impact architectural choices across teams
• Collaborate to develop reusable patterns and best practices through proof-of-concepts and experimentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of experience in Information Technology, with 6 years in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure)
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud architecture and developing cloud-native solutions
• Experience driving the adoption of generative AI and machine learning capabilities across enterprise systems
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in architecture and solution development
