Principal Solution Architect - Security

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and security posture of enterprise Snowflake platforms, the full-time remote Principal Solution Architect - Security will manage threat detection and remediation while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance secure managed services delivery for complex, security-sensitive clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and continuous security improvement of enterprise Snowflake platforms, ensuring strong controls and resilience
• Translate business and technical requirements into operating models and engineering work that strengthen platform governance and secure delivery practices
• Design and implement proactive monitoring and threat detection across Snowflake environments using audit and telemetry data

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cloud and data infrastructure with significant experience in security engineering or operations roles
• Extensive production experience with Snowflake, including security design and operational governance
• Deep expertise in Snowflake platform security and data protection controls
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake audit data and integration into SIEM platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
