Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solution Consultant specializing in UKG HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise in UKG products and HCM solutions
• Lead client workshops and design sessions to understand business challenges and develop customized solutions
• Oversee the implementation and configuration of UKG products, ensuring successful project delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, specializing in UKG solutions or other HCM software
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing HCM solutions with a proven track record
• Strong experience in UKG products such as UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Ready
• In-depth knowledge of HCM functionalities, system integrations, and cloud-based HCM systems
