Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solution Consultant, Post-Sales (Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end platform implementation process and ensure timely deployments
• Provide hands-on technical consultation during hyper-care and collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Customize platform functionalities based on client needs and conduct training sessions for client teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in technical implementation or post-sales consulting
• Strong expertise in SaaS platforms, API integrations, and enterprise IT environments
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-level implementations with measurable outcomes
• Experience in fraud detection and risk mitigation ecosystem
