Leading complex solution consulting engagements, the full-time Principal Solution Consultant will clarify business intent, shape outcome architecture, and provide strategic advisory in a remote capacity across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level discovery to clarify business intent, transformation constraints, and success measures
- Define outcome architecture, including value hypotheses, KPI models, and governance designs
- Coach and elevate the quality of consulting practices through structured feedback and artifact improvement
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in solution consulting, management consulting, or business transformation
- Experience designing enterprise work management solutions using Atlassian products
- Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level discovery and advisory workshops
- Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management principles
- Fluency in stage-gate governance and outcome-based advisory practices
