Principal Solution Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Leading large, complex initiatives as a full-time remote Principal Solution Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will serve as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) within the Workplace Solutions Agile Release Trains, ensuring alignment and predictable outcomes across multiple teams while driving successful delivery and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution across multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
- Partner with Product Management and Technology Leadership to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive delivery predictability
- Facilitate large-scale planning sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the Agile Release Train
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading complex programs with significant annual internal labor costs and managing multiple Agile teams
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain PMP + RTE or SPC + Kanban certification within 18 months of hire
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management and influencing key stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability
