Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Specialist SE to manage complex AI deployments and ensure customer readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Technical Readiness Assessments to evaluate customer data readiness and technical capacity
• Facilitate executive alignment and strategy sessions to secure sponsorship for deployment roadmaps
• Design composable architecture strategies and address enterprise-scale data governance challenges

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Advanced Solution Engineering
• Deep mastery of Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce Platform Architecture
• Strong understanding of competitive AI platforms and their technical differentiators
• Experience managing high-technical-debt environments or stalled technical projects
• Proven track record of executive stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
