Principal Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with the Enterprise presales Solution Consulting and Field Sales teams, the full-time remote Principal Solution Engineer will uncover customer business challenges and develop integrated solutions using Docusign's platform while engaging in technical conversations and demonstrating product value.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to secure new business within assigned territories and accounts
• Document and analyze complex business challenges and enterprise architecture
• Engage with stakeholders to articulate recommendations and demonstrate product solutions

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in an Enterprise presales role selling SaaS solutions
• BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience with technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams and proposals
• Proven experience with software system configuration and integration
• Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like ERP and CRM
