Principal Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Solution Engineer in Strat FINS will engage with major insurance and financial firms to demonstrate Salesforce capabilities, focusing on AI and Vibe coding through hands-on workshops and collaborative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI & AgentForce Workshops to guide stakeholders in understanding AI capabilities and deployment
• Build sophisticated Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Technology (PoTs) in development and customer environments
• Co-Innovate with customers to create prototype solutions that validate architecture and ensure technical alignment

Required Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of modern AI paradigms, including Large Language Models and autonomous agent architectures
• Proven experience with AI tools and frameworks, particularly AgentForce or similar technologies
• Strong domain knowledge in Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance, including operational workflows and compliance
• Ability to identify Agentic Use Cases and map them to business ROI
• Exceptional skills in facilitating workshops for both technical and non-technical audiences
