Principal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to support a digital modernization program for Defense Information Systems Agency and Department of Defense agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the DES Chief Engineer in identifying service gaps and driving innovation for DoDNet
• Lead analysis of alternatives and proof of concept development for targeted improvements
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related STEM field and 12-15 years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and robust on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures
• Experience developing and maintaining architecture artifacts for technical stakeholders
• Must possess an active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
