Principal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to support a digital modernization program for Defense Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Engineer in identifying service gaps and driving innovation within the Defense Enclave Services portfolio
• Lead analysis of alternatives and proof of concept development for improving site surveys, automation, and cybersecurity
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with improvement initiatives and document findings for engineering review boards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related STEM field and 12-15 years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and robust infrastructures
• Experience in planning and executing application and service migrations
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of starting
