Principal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Principal Solutions Architect is a full-time role responsible for establishing strategic technology direction and creating solution architecture for complex healthcare pharmacy initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Solution Architecture deliverables for large complex portfolios, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology standards
• Oversee solutions design and analysis for complex projects, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications
• Facilitate collaboration with project and product managers to define and implement effective solution architecture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of experience as an infrastructure architect
• Expertise in care management, provider management, and/or pharmacy benefit management platforms
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and healthcare data standards
• Ability to mentor and guide less experienced staff and collaborate across multiple business and technology disciplines
