Principal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support the integrity of product solutions, the full-time Principal Solutions Architect will engage in pre-commitment customer solution shaping, ensuring alignment with product strategy and operational feasibility while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior product authority in shaping customer solutions to align with product strategy and roadmap direction
• Partner with Strategic Accounts and Sales to ensure customer commitments are grounded in a realistic understanding of product capabilities and customization needs
• Establish decision frameworks for evaluating customer-specific solutions and manage exceptions to maintain product integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Architecture, or related roles in a complex technology environment
• Significant experience in pre-sales and commercial shaping contexts, representing product and platform interests
• Proven ability to evaluate solution tradeoffs through a product, operational, technical, and commercial lens
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology and workflow complexity preferred
