Principal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading the architectural direction for complex software solutions, the remote Principal Solutions Architect will define system architecture, establish engineering standards, and provide technical leadership while collaborating with project teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall system architecture and technical roadmap for software solutions
• Lead architectural design activities across various applications and integrations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering complex enterprise software systems
• Strong expertise in modern software architecture patterns, including microservices and API-driven architectures
• Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Python, or C#/.NET
• Strong understanding of software security principles and secure application design
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 5+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles
