Principal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Serving as the technical lead in a fully remote capacity, the Principal Solutions Architect will support Business Development Managers by providing technical direction, building solution collateral, and defining client profiles for data-center and AI-infrastructure modernization projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead on pursuits, guiding Business Development Managers on pitches and strategies to win deals
• Build and maintain offering decks, solution collateral, and reference architectures for the GTM team
• Run technical discovery and architecture sessions with clients, transforming infrastructure challenges into viable proposals and SOWs

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in datacenter networking, infrastructure, or systems engineering
• Proven pre-sales or solutions-architecture experience with a track record of closing technical deals
• Hands-on experience in building or selling networking solutions and architecting real systems
• Strong knowledge of Linux networking, SmartNIC/DPU, SDN data planes, and AI-infrastructure networking
• Fluent in English (B2 or above) and comfortable with flexible hours for US client calls
