Principal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Principal Solutions Architect will manage the implementation of Arena's application for new and existing customers, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction while providing best-practices guidance and support.

Key responsibilities

• Present the Arena application to customers and provide pragmatic implementation guidance
• Lead multiple successful implementations, including project management, software configuration, and customer training
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and process issues related to application implementation

Required qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Operation, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting and software solution implementation
• Manufacturing background in High Tech, Medical Device, or Consumer Packaged Goods
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Engineering Change Management (ECM)
