Principal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

As a Principal Solutions Architect and Technical Lead, the full-time remote position will guide enterprise customers in the implementation and optimization of Intelligence Center X, overseeing solution architecture and delivery while driving AI-powered transformations and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic customer programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Design scalable enterprise architectures and knowledge graph solutions that integrate various business processes and data assets
• Architect and implement agentic workflows and enterprise intelligence solutions to automate complex business processes

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, solution architecture, or digital transformation leadership
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with graph database solutions and enterprise knowledge graphs
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, systems integration, and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and enterprise automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
