Principal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

As a key member of the customer success team, the full-time remote Principal Solutions Architect will manage the implementation of Arena's application for new and existing customers, ensuring satisfaction through best-practices guidance and support while handling multiple projects concurrently.

Key responsibilities

• Present the Arena application to customers, demonstrating functional expertise and providing guidance on implementation options
• Lead successful implementations of Arena, including project management, software configuration, data migration, and customer training
• Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving data problems and process issues related to application implementation

Required qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Operation, or a related field
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting and software solution implementation
• Manufacturing background in High Tech, Medical Device, or Consumer Packaged Goods
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Engineering Change Management (ECM)
