Principal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and continuous improvement of cloud-native data platforms, the full-time remote Principal Solutions Architect will manage client delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive automation initiatives while ensuring secure and high-performing solutions for multiple customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and enhancement of cloud-native data solutions on AWS and/or Azure, utilizing expertise in Snowflake
• Lead the operation and management of modern data platforms across various customer accounts, translating requirements into actionable plans
• Serve as a technical leader, mentoring team members and fostering collaboration across technology stacks and organizational silos

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in architecting and operating cloud-based data platforms and data warehouses
• Advanced expertise in Snowflake and at least one major cloud platform (AWS and/or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with cloud storage technologies and data integration tools
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
