Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solutions Delivery Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing meetings to gather requirements and guide solution design
• Investigate and resolve complex data inquiries by analyzing information across multiple databases
• Architect scalable data integration and transformation solutions that align customer needs with internal technical capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, or technical consulting within healthcare or social care
• Extensive hands-on experience with healthcare file formats, including claims and eligibility files
• Strong understanding of social care data and cross-sector workflows
• Advanced SQL skills (Postgres, Snowflake, or equivalent)
• Proven ability to lead customer meetings and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
