Principal Solutions Delivery Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solutions Delivery Analyst who will lead the design, delivery, and implementation of complex data solutions for healthcare and social care customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing meetings to gather requirements and guide solution design
• Investigate and resolve complex data inquiries by analyzing information across multiple databases
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams and mentor analysts on data analysis techniques

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, or technical consulting within healthcare or social care
• Extensive hands-on experience with healthcare file formats such as claims and eligibility files
• Advanced SQL skills (Postgres, Snowflake, or equivalent)
• Proven ability to lead customer meetings and engage with various stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex, multi-source data solutions
