Principal Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solution Engineer who specializes in CMDB modernization and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with account teams to lead strategic discussions on CMDB trust and operational maturity
• Enable customers with guidance on CMDB modernization and governance best practices
• Educate customers on the foundational role of a trusted CMDB for AI and operational outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years in a Solutions Engineering, PreSales, Advisory, or Consulting role in Service Management or ServiceOps
• Proven experience in complex enterprise customer engagements
• ITIL certification or Service Management training is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of CMDB governance and AI-enabled IT operations
