Job Summary

Passionate about solving enterprise customers' business challenges, the full-time remote Principal Solutions Engineer will engage with C-level executives, lead value-based demonstrations, and partner with sales teams to drive transformation deals in large accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to strategize on enterprise sales cycles and provide value-based demonstrations
  • Engage with customers to understand their business problems and map solutions to Atlassian products
  • Forge strong partnerships with strategic account executives and lead cross-functional teams to support customer goals
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity with Fortune 100 customers
  • Strong presentation skills for multi-level senior audiences, including C-suite interactions
  • Ability to interpret complex business problems and collaborate on value-based solutions
  • Experience in both business and technical contexts
  • Proven track record of building long-standing relationships with clients
